The Alitex greenhouse light is an essential feature of a working greenhouse during the darker evenings and winter months. It has been designed to reflect the classic Victorian style, whilst ensuring it is safe to withstand the humid environment of the greenhouse.

The greenhouse light has been manufactured in spun aluminum, the reflector inside is powder coated in white for greater reflection, and the outside can be color matched to the frame of your structure.

It is fitted with a 39” flex cord and supplied with an IP 44 rated in-line connector for safe use within the greenhouse environment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the wiring and connection to an electrical supply included?
Wiring and electrical connection are not provided. Alitex advises hiring a qualified electrician for all electrical tasks, with their fees not included in the cost.

What color is the inside of the Greenhouse Light?
While the exterior of the Greenhouse Light can be powder-coated to match your greenhouse color, the interior reflector is painted white to maximize light reflection.

Can Greenhouse Lights be fitted retrospectively?
Yes, Greenhouse Lights can be installed retroactively.

Is the wiring hidden in my greenhouse?
In our Messenger glazing system, wiring is concealed within the interior aluminum casing, while in our Traditional and National Trust structures, wiring is visible.
